What is the UV blue film?
1. UV film is a film whose viscosity changes after ultraviolet irradiation; Blue film is a corresponding film with unchanged viscosity. It is generally blue, so it is called blue film.
2. Before UV light, the viscosity of UV film will be very high, about 20000, but after UV light, the viscosity will drop to about 300. The viscosity of the blue film is relatively low, ranging from 1000-3000, and UV light has no effect on it.
3. The viscosity of UV film will decrease with the increase of UV lamp irradiation time and intensity, which is convenient for chip absorption and high cost. The blue film is cheap. It is mainly used for small chips. It does not require UV radiation, but the viscosity will change with temperature.

Use of UV blue film:
